The technology we are proposing is at the forefront of “pioneering technology” in the use of waste generated by society, and that generated by nature, transformed into very clean energy, with zero return of residues generated in the processing of the BARDI COMPLEX.

Why can we affirm this avant-garde stage?
-The process allows operating with any type of waste, liquids and solids, with exceptions being made only for radioactive waste;
-Liquids are processed by providing combustible gases, organic fertilizers and a converter gas to increase the caloric value that occurs in the intermediate phase of all processing;
-The liquids, before being returned to nature's water system, undergo natural physical-chemical processing and polishing carried out by the aquatic flora;
-Waste from domestic and healthcare families undergoes aquatic cleaning to make them in equal humidity and infectious conditions, carried out in airtight environments without contact with the environment and operators;​
-Solid waste from domestic families and health care after aquatic cleaning is combined with waste from families, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, automotive service stations, civil construction, cereal growers, ceasas and lawns that, after passing through the dehydration system,   ;end up in the anaerobic reactor that operates at more than 1200°C;
-Waste from forest families, landscaping pruning, tires, wood (outside the cerrage geometry) are destined for special carbonization processing where they will generate combustible gases and by-products of interest to the transformation and/or solid energy industries for use in thermal systems of interest in transformation industries and/or societies that inhabit frozen regions;
-All gases are gathered in a single processing station and receive final polishing to equal their caloric value above 12000 kcal/kg;
-The end of processing ends in the primary energy conversion unit into secondary energy through motor-generator systems, and/or combined cycles and/or hydrogen cells;
-The condensed volatiles that were in the form of vapors are gathered into a single unit and are made available to be delivered in unsaturated forms and/or in gasoline, diesel and/or alcohol fuel conditions;
-The gases generated in the combustion chambers of the energy generating units, with the exception of the hydrogen cell, are collected and directed to a single treatment system that will allow harmful gases to be returned to the atmosphere in the form of nitrogen and oxygen.
-The proposed COMPLEX comes from intercommunicability harmoniously interspersed with ideal parameters of each respective technology; After balancing the prescription, the unit commander, driven by the complex automation and information technology of the destination of each passage, power supply and control, always seeking the ideals of each technological system adopted, come together to provide the operations with the sum of the idealism offered. This puts the complex at the forefront or what the American calls “pioneering technology”.
